Purchasing credits and managing your plan

When you run low on credits, topping up takes less than a minute. You can choose between one-time credit packs or a monthly subscription plan.

Buying a credit pack

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Buy Credits.
  3. Choose a pack size (100, 500, 1,000, or 5,000 credits).
  4. Complete checkout via Stripe — credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted.
  5. Credits are added to your account instantly.

Subscription plans

Monthly subscription plans automatically add a set number of credits to your account at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits from the previous month roll over, up to a maximum of 2× your monthly allowance. Subscriptions offer a lower per-credit cost compared to one-time packs.

Updating payment details

To update your credit card or other payment method, go to Settings → Billing → Payment Method. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can add a new card or update your existing one.

Invoices and receipts

A receipt is emailed to you after every successful payment. All past invoices are also available in Settings → Billing → Invoices, where you can download PDFs for expense reporting.

Tip

Need an invoice with your company name and VAT/tax ID? Add your billing details in Settings → Billing → Billing Info before making a purchase.
