We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. Here's how refunds and disputes work.

Refund policy for credit packs

You can request a refund on unused credit packs within 14 days of purchase. If you've used some credits from the pack, we'll prorate the refund based on the unused portion.

Refund policy for subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel, you retain access and your monthly credits until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months on subscriptions.

How to request a refund

Email support with your account email and the date of the charge. We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
