Navigating the editor
The editor is where you spend most of your time after generation. It's made up of four main areas: the slide panel, the canvas, the properties panel, and the AI chat panel.
Slide panel (left)
The left column shows thumbnail previews of all your slides in order. Click a thumbnail to jump to that slide. Drag thumbnails up or down to reorder slides. Right-click a thumbnail for options like duplicate, delete, or add a blank slide above or below.
Canvas (center)
The center area is a live preview of the current slide. Click any text element to edit it inline. Click images or shapes to select them and reveal resize handles. Use Cmd/Ctrl + Z to undo and Cmd/Ctrl + Y to redo.
Zoom controls
Use the zoom buttons at the bottom-right of the canvas to zoom in or out. Press Cmd/Ctrl + 0 to fit the slide to the viewport.
Properties panel (right — Design tab)
When a slide element is selected, the right panel shows its properties: font, size, color, alignment, padding, and more. When nothing is selected, the panel shows global presentation settings like the overall color theme and font stack.
AI chat panel (right — Chat tab)
Switch to the Chat tab in the right panel to talk to the AI. You can ask it to rewrite a slide, add a new slide, change the data on a chart, adjust the tone, or restructure the whole deck. The AI has full context of your current presentation.
Tip
Hold Shift and click multiple slide thumbnails to select a range. Then use the chat panel to apply a change to all selected slides at once.
Toolbar (top)
The top toolbar has shortcuts for: inserting new elements (text, image, shape, chart), changing the slide layout template, toggling presenter notes, undoing/redoing, and accessing export options.
