Collaborating with your team

Team collaboration lets multiple people work on the same presentation simultaneously, leave comments, and manage access with role-based permissions.

Inviting collaborators

  1. Open the presentation in the editor.
  2. Click Share in the top toolbar.
  3. Click Invite People.
  4. Enter the email address of each collaborator.
  5. Choose their role: Viewer (read-only) or Editor (can make changes).
  6. Click Send Invite.

Collaborators receive an email with a link to the presentation. If they don't have an account, they'll be prompted to create one (free).

Real-time editing

Editors see each other's cursors in real time. Changes are synced automatically — no need to save or refresh. If two people edit the same slide simultaneously, the last write wins.

Leaving comments

Viewers and editors can both leave comments on any slide. Click the comment icon in the toolbar to add a comment, or right-click an element to attach a comment directly to it. Comments appear in the right panel's Comments tab.

Managing access

Go to Share → Manage Access to see everyone who has access, change their role, or remove them. Only the presentation owner can transfer ownership.
